Description
A classic of Irish brewing. Due to the rather high mineral content of Dublin water, light beers did not turn out very well, but dark varieties, especially stouts, were unsurpassed. In our interpretation of this style, we imitated both the mineral composition of the water and the malt component of the fill, combined with noble British hops.
