We love to experiment with familiar beer styles, adding new and interesting twists. This beer is our latest experiment, featuring four different hops in equal parts: Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, and Enigma. This blend gives the beer a vibrant hop character while making it smoother and less bitter.
This light, clear beer with 6.6% ABV, in the American Pale Ale style, impresses with its aromatic and refreshing qualities. It offers a delightful mix of citrus and tropical fruit notes with a pleasant malty backbone. The reduced bitterness makes it ideal for those who appreciate a gentler taste without sacrificing the hop profile.
