Description

This beer marks our first experimental brew at our own brewery in the Netherlands. We assembled the equipment, launched the process, and to be honest, we didn’t know what to expect. We chose a classic blonde ale – light, golden, and perfectly balanced with malt and hops. Its traditional flavor and aroma captivate with their simplicity and harmony.

This blonde ale features a light malt profile with notes of honey and bread, complemented by a soft fruity aroma. We added a touch of Cascade hops during dry hopping, giving the beer subtle citrus notes and a pleasant hoppy bitterness in the finish. This beer is perfect for getting acquainted with our brewing craft or for enjoying on any occasion.
